If you're "looking out the window", how come theres a tree and a road behind you. There are two possibilities:- 1. you have a tree growing inside your room, next to the road inside your room 2. you're actually "looking in" through a window.
2 is more likely.
And btw, it appears you're atop an elephant or a giant snowball. Or a fur ball.
